Winding Autumn Road

1

Are kids invited to the wedding?

We politely request that parents make arrangements for little ones to stay home the night of the wedding.

Take the night off and enjoy the celebration!

2

What should I wear to the wedding?

Suits, pant suits, and floor length gowns are all acceptable attire. Tuxedos optional. Bright colors and autumn accents highly encouraged. No white dresses or dark green suits.

See the link below for full dress code and inspiration.

3

How should I address a card or gift note?

Any cards or gift notes may be made out to Kara Jimcosky and Coen Valk.

The bride and groom will not be changing their names.

Why is there no dinner option for the RSVP?

The reception dinner is a served, plated meal and may be chosen the night of the wedding from the menu. Options will take into consideration any and all allergies/dietary restrictions indicated on the RSVP submissions.

What should I do if no more rooms are available?

Additional accommodations in the New Hope/Lambertville area have been added to the travel page of the website. We strongly recommend one of those options if the room blocks are fully booked.

When should I arrive at the ceremony?

Guests may arrive for the ceremony at Hotel Du Village between 3:00pm and 3:30pm. The ceremony will begin after 3:30pm. Many hotel accommodations will have a check-in time of  3:00pm, so please plan accordingly for arrival and luggage drop-off.

Who should I reach out to with questions?

Please direct any questions to the bride or groom prior to the week of the wedding. Contacts for questions the week of the wedding will be added to the website soon.
