What should I do if no more rooms are available?
Please note the deadline to book in the room block at Hotel Du Village has been extended to 10/10. Additional accommodations in the New Hope/Lambertville area have been added to the travel page of the website. We strongly recommend one of those options only if the room block is fully booked. Please use the room block link before booking other accommodations.
Why is there no dinner option for the RSVP?
The reception dinner is a served, plated meal and the entree may be chosen the night of the wedding from the menu. Options will take into consideration any and all allergies/dietary restrictions indicated on the RSVP submissions. The menu will be posted on the website about one week before the wedding.
IS there an open bar at the wedding?
Yes, there is an open bar at the cocktail hour and reception. Please remember to have a valid form of photo ID to present to the bartenders. This can be a United States driver's license or a passport.
When should I arrive at the ceremony?
Guests may arrive for the ceremony at Hotel Du Village between 3:00pm and 3:30pm. The ceremony will begin at 3:30pm. Many hotel accommodations will have a check-in time of 3:00pm, so please plan accordingly for arrival and luggage drop-off.
Where can I expect to put my coat if the weather is cold?
The venue will have a coat check available for guests throughout the evening. Feel free to check your coat upon arrival or after the outdoor ceremony.
Where Can I park at the venue?
The venue offers a valet parking service for all wedding guests upon arrival. Enter the estate grounds through the gate and drive all the way up the driveway until you reach the historic building on the left. Pull up in front of the building and a valet will be waiting to greet you.
Is the ceremony/reception inside or outside?
The ceremony will be held outside on a brick patio. Cocktail hour, dinner, and the reception will be held inside the bar/ballroom. There will be dancing and merriment following a plated dinner.
